From the custom cottages we are creating in the coastal village of Southport, North Carolina, to the distinctive and charming cottage plans available for purchase, our work is created to stand the test of time.

From the multitude of historically correct details using honest materials, to the application of artful balance and proportion to all aspects of his designs, company founder Phil Arroyas is creating new, energy-efficient, technologically advanced homes with all the charm of coastal cottages built 100 years ago.
